Try this with your mind
“Dear Reader, look blankly at the wall in front of you, tell your mind you fear it not, nor the thoughts it produces. Promise in your mind that you will police no thoughts that emerge in the next few moments, then let your thoughts dwell upon any subject at all. Do not be alarmed at the swift current of change and direction of your thoughts. Let the thoughts run free and wild, until you break out in a nervous sweat from looking at your true self. When you can no longer dwell in this region, laugh, smile, curse or turn to conscious act abruptly to break the current. Go into this region by short degrees, until you can dwell there unafraid. When you have the answer, and only then, start using it consciously. It will be better if you wait for this test until you have read all of this work, but if your doubts are accumulating, do it now, this instant. If you do not dare try yet, you are not ready. Wait patiently.”
